Interior Designers of Canada
Launched at the IIDEX Green Building Festival last September, Ontario Green Spec created a Student Challenge inviting Ontario post-secondary students to design a “marketable” green home for a hypothetical client. The challenge encouraged students to research the latest green building methods and technologies and to design a home that is not only environmentally preferable, but one that is stylish, cost-effective, and marketable on a large scale. IDC proudly collaborated with Ontario Green Spec to help promote interior design in green building initiatives.
